Our Goal: To create the ambience of an ultra sophisticated New York style Jazz Bistro for your guests' enjoyment. We have a vast repertoire of Jazz favorites and Pop classics with the accent on tunes with a NY flavor. Whether a relaxing dinner set or an entertaining mix of Pop classics with vocals,The NYJC , performs the ideal mix of music to give any dining experience or private party the perfect atmosphere of a night out on the town in the Big Apple, We also specialize in Weddings and Corporate affairs of all types. We don't only play music, we are experienced entertainers and Masters of Ceremony having MC ed at hundreds of affairs over the last 25 years, and we gladly accept requests [we are hard to stump]. We also are available for wedding ceremonies and cocktail hours. The Musicians: We are a Duo featuring the incredible Keyboard stylings and Vocals of Mike LeVasseur and the inventive Bass, Guitar and Vocals of Rob Tenney. We are both World Class musicians. From Bach to Brubek, to the Beatles, we can do it all! We can also augment our sound by adding other fine musicians we have worked with over the years for a more high energy experience. The Bottom Line: Atmosphere is critical to any dining or cocktail outing, or special event.
