EZPowell is an entertaining performer and songwriter, singing and playing many old favorites in the classic rock and contemporary genres - both with acoustic and electric guitar. Performances include private parties, birthday parties, community events, corporate functions, fund raisers, anniversaries, some clubs & venues, special events and holiday celebrations. EZPowell has mixed American, British and African roots and plays an eclectic, popular and sing-along mixture of slow to fast adult contemporary pop/rock, including a large list of very listenable originals. EZPowell plays popular covers by big name acts including Al Jarreau, Bob Seger, Cat Stevens, Creedence Clearwater Revival (CCR), Dire Straits, Dobie Gray, Duran Duran, Elton John, Elvis Presley, Glen Campbell, Hootie & the Blowfish, INXS, JJ Cale, Joe Cocker, John Martyn, Led Zeppelin, Lynard Skynard, Marvin Gaye, Matchbox 20, Men at Work, Otis Reading, Rob Thomas, Simon & Garfunkel, Simple Minds, Supertramp, The Calling, The Eagles, Tony Joe White, Wet Wet Wet - and that's just the A-list. "More covers are being added to my list constantly so anything you want to hear let me know before-hand, and if I can I will" :) I generally don't do weddings because the music I sing and play is not really wedding music - I do sing and write mostly love songs but they're not quite wedding songs, so please check over my songs list first.
