Unforgettable singing from a magnificent entertainer! David Troup (that's Troup, not Trump!) specializes in singing the best-loved songs from what has come to be known as the 20th century's Great American Songbook. Mr. Troup's presentations can be custom fit for their client's special needs, and he can work small rooms as a self-contained single artist, or appear with a variety of show combos and bands! A former baritone soloist with the United States Air Force Band's Singing Sergeants, he has performed in concert and show venues in every one of the fifty United States. David Troup has been entertaining folks throughout the U.S.A. and around the world for many years. He has sung from the gondola of a hot-air balloon overlooking the Chesapeake Bay, the running board of a San Francisco cable car, the main stage of the Sydney Opera House, the Oval Office of the White House and… the entrance lobby of every rest stop along the New Jersey Turnpike! In addition, together with singing partner Dorothy Kingston, David & Dorothy were among the first vocal artists to be invited to sing at the Shanghai Conservatory of Music in the Peoples Republic of China. What an honor it was for D & D to perform for the Music Conservatory students as well as the Shanghai Conservatory faculty members!
