  • Eric Erickson - voice, acoustic guitar

Description

"You made our wedding weekend!" and "Everyone loved your performance!" are typical of the responses given to and left in the guest book of Woodstock's EXTRA-sensitive singer/songwriter, Eric Erickson. With hundreds of cover songs from "The Rise of The Singer/Songwriter" to choose from (see the partial list and listen to the "Covers Montage"), you can re-live your youth or just listen to some great old songs. Eric can provide relaxing background music---or a full concert---with great acoustic tunes from the 60s and 70s and the "ballady" side of rock and roll. His original songs fit right in with the genre. Some of his own tunes are here also.

Feedback

  • Of all the vendors we hired for our wedding, Eric earned the gold star for absolute most amazing contribution. He is a talented guitarist and singer and has an impressive repertoire of folk and classic rock favorites that guests from every generation enjoyed. He was also great about learning some extras that we requested. He was a pleasure to work with and his laid-back style really fit into the rustic setting of our wedding. Eric played at a campfire we hosted the night before our wedding as well as our ceremony and cocktail hour, and we got more compliments about his performance than any other part of the wedding. I'd recommend Eric to anyone in need of a musician! -- Kathleen K, Big Indian, NY, 2/5/2012
  • We had Eric Erickson sing for a party at our house and we couldn't be more pleased. His voice and his guitar playing are beautiful. Everyone loved the songs he performed and we could sing along to all of them. We asked him to do some of his own songs and those were great, too. His laid-back style was perfect and he really turned it into an awesome party! -- Allen P, New Paltz, NY, 3/3/2012
