Doreen Taylor is a classically trained singer with a Bachelor's Degree in Vocal performance and a Masters degree in Opera performance. She is extremely versatile with acclaimed professional performances in genres such as opera, musical theater, jazz, country, swing/standards and pop. In addition to numerous leading operatic roles in many opera companies throughout the United States, she has had lead roles in two Broadway national tour groups as Christine in the Phantom of the Opera and Mother in the musical, Ragtime. She originated the lead role of Cunegonde in Philadelphia's Scottish Opera premiere of Candide where the Philadelphia Daily News critically acclaimed her as "an up and coming star…amazing" and the lead role of Tytania in A Midsummer Night's Dream where the Philadelphia Inquirer stated, "She possesses the voice of an angel…flawless and beautiful".
Doreen has performed the National Anthem for the Philadelphia Phantoms, New York Islanders, Boston Bruins and Buffalo Bisons. Ms. Taylor was the featured soloist with the Golden State Pops Orchestra in Los Angeles and has performed extensively in Atlantic City Casinos and countless lounges and events throughout the tri-state area. Doreen Taylor debuted her first CD, "Unbreakable" to rave reviews and has had air play on several Philadelphia radio stations. She was also a featured solo singer in the "Smokin' Joe Frazier Revue" opposite the ex- Heavy Weight Champion of the World, Joe Frazier. Her latest release "Coming Home" is a tribute to the WWII era and perfectly captures the essence of that era. A large portion of the proceeds benefit our troops and this unprecedented project has been heavily publicized nationally and received rave reviews from countless publications including, "New Music Weekly", "Atlantic City Weekly" and "Strum Magazine". Doreen was recently featured on the cover of "Phlare Magazine" as the top 5 most influential "Alpha" women of Philadelphia and will be seen in several upcoming television projects slated for 2011.

- Doreen provided the right mixture of background music, holiday music and dance music for our corporate holiday party. Doreen was very accommodating, had a great personality, and professional. Some employees commented that she "was very entertaining", "the entertainer was terrific", etc. She had the last 4 women and 12 men up on the dance floor. This is unusual, as there are rarely more men then women on the dance floor.
