BOB: SINGER-BANJO-GUITAR-BANTER You have an entertainment need! Let me guess: You need an entertainer's who's good, unusual, a "people person," who'll work carefully with you to guarantee the event experience you want, and someone who's reliable. Well, look no further! Bob is the answer to entertainment needs: conventions, your clients, party guests, employees, associates, customers, residents, or other groups. Maybe you want to think out of the box--hire an entertainer/speaker. Bob's your answer. A word of caution: Not all entertainers offer all of those qualities. The good news: Bob offers that entire package. Bob has a great, versatile singing voice (baritone/bass to high, even falsetto tenor). He plays a 5-string banjo (unusual) AND a 12-string guitar (semi-unusual). He's a grizzled veteran, able to perform through all sorts of distractions. He's in high demand (see his personal website, address below). He's also witty and personable--almost always able to work his surroundings into his performance. Bob not only knows the music he does but he knows the history behind that music. His program often includes brief comments about the history of particular songs. Did you know, for example, that "Tom Dooley" is based on a true story? Or, that "Brother Loves Traveling Salvation Show" was based on an actual experience Neil Diamond had? Another highly important feature: Bob is ALWAYS, COMPLETELY G-RATED! You need never wonder: "Is this guy gonna' create an awkward situation?" He also avoids potentially controversial subjects. He's an entertainer--not a promoter of causes. There are few banjo players out there. There are many guitar players. Of all those, how many offer the package Bob offers? Bob suggests that, at his website, check out "gig" (future and past) to see how in-demand he is. Also look at the "testimonials" to see what his clients say about him. Note, as well, that his Gigmasters ratings are "Perfect 5s"!!! Bob gives each performance personal attention (no two are identical) and he'll "bust his hump" to understand your needs and meet your requests and expectations. Bob's specialty is a folk-style sound--primarily songs from the 50s and 60s. He does folk music, Americana and "soft rock" songs. One of Bob's best songs is John Denver's "Country Roads." He's quite at ease doin' Roy Orbison, Gordon Lightfoot, Frankie Valli, or Tennessee Ernie Ford material. Bob does some fine Neil Diamond cover work, such as "Brother Loves Traveling Salvation Show" and "Sweet Caroline." His routine, upon request, contain a medley of "song snippets"--from the 50s and 60s. However: be careful not to pigeon hole Bob with any particular generation of music. To the person who hasn't heard his material, the songs will come off as if they'd have been written last week. Bob's recorded a CD! That alone doesn't qualify him to do your event. However, it shows a level of quality...a level of perfection...a level of self discipline. In case you need it, Bob has his own sound system--available to you at no extra cost. Hence, if you're on a small, tight budget Bob can and will work with you to make it work financially. Let's review the assets again. -- Great voice -- 5-string banjo AND 12-string guitar -- A string of perfect "5" Gigmasters' ratings from clients -- Busy, "in demand" performer -- "People person" -- A sound system if it's needed -- Available for YOU! -- Has produced a CD, "What Were Their Names?" What Bob's clients say: -- "Joyful, irrepressible, lots of fun, terrific repartee." -- "New--not the same old stuff." -- "What a voice range...banjo is great." -- "A great entertainer for all ages." -- "[Bob] did a brilliant job and I so appreciate all the time and energy he put into this event. [He's] quite fluid...able to deal with chaos." -- "Bob is a gem--a rare one in today's world." -- "Bob is quite personable and engages his audience well. He was well received. Bob is very talented." Bob brings a novel set of talents to the situation. Check out his website for more information on this amazing, gifted individual. You're just a couple clicks from having Bob Holderbaum make your event a truly memorable one! Entertaining is Bob's passion. He has a record of working with clients to deliver the precise type program the clients want. He'll do the same for you. Bob goes the extra mile. He gives each program 100 percent of his attention and effort. Go ahead! Treat your audience to a high-octane combinaton of skills. Bob will solve your entertanment/speaker needs in a creative, powerful way. Check Bob out--NOW! Then, book 'im!

Bob performed for our fall celebration and truly made our event special. He was engaging and sailed through a couple of interruptions without skipping a beat. I'm still getting great feedback from out guests.
