The Rockabilly Strangers formed in 2006. The band's goal is to play the great hits of rockabilly and songs by newer groups inspired by the rockabilly legends ,like the Stray Cats. We also play some jump blues, western swing, and old country to mix things up a little. By advanced request, we will learn a song or two not in the genre we specialize in.

Rockabilly music is difficult to describe, but most will agree it was the 1950's rebel music, and its high-energy, dance driven beat appeals to young and older audiences still to this day. To put it very simply, rockabilly is early country music combined with rhythm and blues.
