Description
The Walrus is one of the Northwest's favorite classic rock bands! Their rich vocal harmonies and sizzling musical arrangements on tunes from the Beatles to the B52s energize audiences of all ages. They even play the next-to-impossible 'Bohemian Rhapsody' that even Queen never performed fully live!
The band consists of 5 seasoned professionals who care about making every event smooth and enjoyable for all. All five members sing, so the classic rock and swing tunes they perform are vocally rich. This allows the band to play many songs no other cover band would touch, such as songs by CSNY, Manhattan Transfer, The Beatles, and The Eagles.

Feedback
- The Walrus performed at our daughter's wedding for a group ranging in age from 10 to 80. Everyone had a great time, especially the 20-30 somethings. They (the wedding party as well as The Walrus) really got into Queen's Bohemian Rhapsody, while there was a nice mix of slower songs for us old fogies. As the wedding dinner was winding down and before the serious dancing began the group performed with their acoustic instruments outdoors to get the party going. They played nearly non-stop for over 3 hours with only one short break, so we felt that we got great value and were well entertained. -- Fred T, Bow, WA, 6/27/2009
- The Walrus were incredible. They learned a couple songs for us, including one for our (very literal) first dance- and nailed them. They were incredibly professional, extremely talented, and we would both recommend them to anyone. My grandparents loved them, our parents loved them, our friends loved them- my boss loved them (thanks guys!). They made our wedding, and we can't thank them enough. -- Jessi G, Bellingham, WA, 8/8/2009
- The Walrus was a true pleasure to work with. They were extremely professional, on-time and played a great show. We asked them to learn a song for us, and they did a phenomenal job of pulling it off. They were completely self-sufficient, they needed nothing from us (except payment of course!) and played for the contracted time, plus some. Highly recommended! -- Kellen S, Woodinville, WA, 7/6/2007
- The band was excellent to deal with and their performance was incredible. It was very nice to have a band that knew what they were doing and that provided a high quality show. I would recommend them highly and have already planned their return to our event for next year. -- Ted R, Myrtle Creek, OR, 7/26/2007
- Great group, everyone loved their performance and the party was a great success. Would definitely recommend them for anyone having an event wanting a great band. They were great. -- Courtney S, Oak Harbor, WA, 10/8/2009
