O.T.R. is an experienced cover band (primarily classic and contemporary rock) that has been performing in the Northern Virginia-DC-Maryland area for nearly 20 years (previously as Point Blank Band) and has a large regional following. The band plays songs from the 60's to today. It has six members: drummer, keyboards, bass, two guitars, and vocalist. The band members are all accomplished musicians and two of them studied at the Berklee School of Music. The band plays a bit of everything and is constantly adding new music to its repertoire.

• The band was on time and very professional. At one point I asked them to adjust the volume and they were very acommodating. That night business was slow and the last 1/2 hour I told them they could stop but they didn't. They had one of ours customers come up and sing and we just had a good time.
