I'm really pleased with their overall performance, my daughter when she saw them she couldn't believe it was Ana and Elsa " she cried of how emotional she was" they are really good with kids I would definitely hire them again without any doubt.

I had to rate this performer poorly due to that she came 20 minutes late after getting lost even though she said on the phone that she knew where the location was. Once at the party she spoke quietly and was hard to hear. In terms of accommodating our advance request for hair braiding (we paid $20 extra in advance) she forgot to bring her hair braiding supplies which was disappointing for the kids. Kids did enjoy her despite these things and her outfit and costume were good and she was nice with the kids. Overall I would not recommend this performer to others.
