DESCRIPTION:
I'm an eclectic pianist. I have experience playing virtually every musical genre, including jazz, classical music, 50's rock, soft rock, Sinatra-type swing tunes, Broadway tunes, contemporary ballads, standards, Latin music, Klezmer, ragtime pieces, etc. I've played with a variety of ensembles but my specialty seems to be sitting down at the piano and creating just the right ambience for a special occasion. I have been doing this tremendously enjoyable and personally rewarding work for over 25 years. I see my role as "playing the party," that is, being in tune with what is going on at an event and providing music that is appropriate for every aspect of it. Of course, if anyone hiring me has specific musical requests, I will gladly learn them.

It was a pleasure for Lou playing for our party.
