Description
Geoff Earley is an all-around talented entertainer. Whether you are looking for pleasant background music to set the mood, or for an unforgettable performance that will keep your guests wanting more, Geoff may be your Piano Man. Often known for his wondrous “ivory touch”, Geoff can also be heard doubling on the guitar and as a singer in many performance settings. Versatility might be the best word used to describe Geoff’s playing as he is trained in Classical and Jazz music, but plays practically every style of music known. If your event calls for Top 40, R&B, Classic Rock, Latin Jazz, Musical Theatre, Karaoke, Blues, Reggae, or anything else that’s alternative, you will be extremely pleased to have this musician guiding your party’s atmosphere. Playing since age five, this Berklee College of Music graduate can perform by ear, so throwing out a request is always welcome.
Geoff has played in front of several famous musicians/entertainors including Clint Eastwood, Charo, Kenny G, Ryan Seacrest, Randy Jackson, Warren G, Kenna, Van Hunt, and was quoted by Dick Van Dyke as being able to "play the classics as beautiful as the originators"
Geoff is originally from Cleveland, OH. While studying under the teachings of Dr. David Osburne, Geoff’s ability to play a variety of music and compose original songs increased year by year. After moving to Boston, MA to study at Berklee, Geoff has made music his full-time profession. Whether performing, writing, recording, producing, or teaching - Geoff is living and breathing music. Around the Los Angeles area, Geoff can be heard playing out at various venues including the Beverly Hilton Hotel, Vinoteque Wine Bar, and many others. As a teacher, Geoff works with children ages 2 through 8 in group class settings, and teaches privately to all ages. When it comes to collaborating, Geoff is a remarkable piano accompanist and has accompanied over 200 vocalists professionally for live performance, recording sessions, and auditions.
