Hello, I am a pianist who plays festivals, concerts, conventions, casinos, theaters, restaurants and clubs, as well as weddings, parties and corporate events. Besides playing solo piano or doing a one-man-band (w/ NO canned sequences) I also have a rock duo, a jazz trio, and an excellent dance/party wedding band.
You see, I just simply LOVE to play! As I tell my students, it's easy to be good at something if you love it. That's why I've been a full-time musician since graduating summa cum laude from Shenandoah Conservatory of Music. This IS my day job, and I love it!
I also play in church, and perform free at various fundraisers and charities, for talent is a gift, and what I do with it is my gift back.
Now I would be honored to provide the music for your wedding ceremony, reception, cocktail party, dinner dance or corporate event. From classical music for a ceremony to jazz for cocktails, from soft romantic music for dinner to dance party music for a reception, whatever you prefer, I know I can provide the perfect mix to please all your guests. I have a vast repertoire of over 1000 songs FROM MEMORY, (including Rhapsody in Blue) and am able to play most all requests.

"In connection with our Mother’s 80th birthday celebration, our entire experience with David was a pleasure. He was quick to respond to initial email inquiries and accommodating with our song list, offering to learn those he didn’t know from memory. On the day of the function, he arrived early, familiarized himself with the surroundings, and started playing as the guests began to arrive – well before his start time. Although I offered him food and breaks, I believe he played continuously for better than three hours, much to the delight of our guests.

"I had a lot of demands for my wedding, and David has managed to not only meet but also exceed my expectations in almost every aspect. I'd asked him to play the piano during the bridal party entrance, and he managed to do just that...and also adapt and modulate the song in time with each announcement to create excitement and anticipation. I'd asked him to play a special song to accompany a PowerPoint presentation, and he was able to adjust and play the song so that it ended perfectly with the last slide, even despite the technical difficulties we had with the show. He alleviated many of my worries during the planning process, and my wedding was a complete success!"

David & drummer provided wonderful background music for our 90 minute cocktail "hour" in the Round Room and then Stefanie joined them in the Great Room at Loch Nairn while we dined.
