DESCRIPTION:
Dave Edwards is a seasoned professional musician with extensive experience onstage as well as in the recording studio. He began playing piano professionally at a local pizza parlor as a teenager. He studied classical and jazz piano at the University of North Texas, and afterward played in rock groups, country dance bands and lounge acts. He has done a considerable amount of recording work, including commercials, film scores, and song demos, as well as a stint with a band that was signed to Capitol Records.He currently plays solo piano, covering pop and rock standards, classical favorites, and his own original pieces which can be described as smooth jazz or 'new age'. His music is ideally suited for romantic settings, private parties, and corporate functions. If a suitable piano is not available at your venue, or if you simply prefer it, Dave will provide an electronic keyboard and sound system for a modest additional charge.

He was wonderful! So talented and he worked out a couple of songs just for our day! Dave was great! He was my first scheduled act of the evening and primed the crowd for what turned out to be a fabulous event. Dave had a very extensive repertoire that satisfied the 20-somethings on up to the 60-something at our event. Everyone enjoyed his music. Dave is very personable and was a real plus for the party. I would definitely recommend him.

We cannot say enough good things about Dave Edwards. His basic play list was extensive and was most helpful in adding some additional songs and medleys to our event. He arrived early for the event and ended up staying late as the event ran long. We also received numerous compliments about Dave and were asked repeatedly how we found him (We live in NJ).
Again, we were delighted with GigMasters assistance in finding Dave Edwards. And Dave was top notch.
