Founded in Los Angeles and now also in Nashville, we have an ecelctic mix of experience, elevating each event to become a completely unique celebration. Guided by a passion for perfection, our meticulous planners work tirelessly with clients and vendors to deliver an exquisite occasion for all involved. Full Planning This is our most comprehensive package. Christina will be there every step of the planning process to ensure you have the wedding you always dreamed of. After we discuss your vision for the day, the real fun begins! We will construct a team of vendors that is best for your style and budget, and from there we carefully coordinate every detail based on your vision and bring it to life. We will attend major vendor meetings with you and go over proposals and contracts to ensure everything is according to the best standards. You will also receive all services included in the Partial Planning Package and the Basic Coordination service, leaving your mind at ease while you enjoy wedded bliss! Partial Planning This Package is designed for the couple that has already booked their venue and likes to be a little hands on in planning, but could use some guidance during the process and help with a couple of the main vendors. We will be there to answer all your questions, keep you on track of your to-do list and assist you with finding vendors in your price range. After your complimentary initial consultation, we will work together and compose a detailed list of items that you may need to begin or some that you made need our help with completing. We will get you on track with budgeting and will also manage everything included in the Basic Coordination service. Coordination Having a coordinator on site will give you peace of mind and allow you to enjoy the day that you have spent so many months planning for and thinking about. Our basic level of coordination (commonly referred to as 'day-of' - though so much more) ensures that you are not frantic on your special day. We step in approximately a month beforehand, organize, synchronize all of the planning and then we implement. Running the rehearsal, working with all the vendors, creating timelines, keeping track of the wedding party and managing the flow of the wedding day; we make sure that every person enjoys a flawless, exquisite event, just as you always dreamed.
