The booking process and contact with the sales agent was a flawless experience. The value in the price package was untouchable. The bus showed up 15 min early, which always eases your worries. The driver was courteous and accommodating, however the bus not being equipped with a bathroom caused some people stress on the way to our event. We also had a little trouble locating a couple members of our group after our event was over, which complicated our trip home. Not their fault they got lost, I just wish there was more the driver could have done to help us locate them in an area of the city we were not familiar with. I plan to and will utilize Buzz Bus in the future.
