Description
Rapidly becoming one of the most sought-after Duo acts in Florida and beyond, soprano Alicia Branch and baritone William Stafford have established themselves as performers whose repertoire is wide ranging including opera, sacred music, musical theatre, and swing/standards. Hailing from Florida and Ohio, respectively, Ms. Branch and Mr. Stafford have recently launched their 2nd consecutive season of Opera Brooks, a hugely successful series at two south Florida restaurants featuring the very best of Opera, Broadway, and popular song. Also, the busy duo is gearing up for their heavily publicized promotional show in March 2012 in which they will perform new arrangements of their offerings with other musicians!
Soprano Alicia Branch has been heard in the role of Mabel in comic opera "The Pirates of Penzance", the role of The Mother in the rock opera "Tommy", and in the role of The Mother in "Amahl and The Night Visitors". She also recently triumphed rendering her versions of selections from Andrew Lloyd Webber's The Phantom of the Opera at the prestigious Gusman Performance Hall in Miami, FL. Baritone William Stafford has performed leading roles with The Palm Beach Opera and The Gold Coast Opera. Currently he is the lead baritone for The Gold Coast Singers and is in the middle of a six-week long run on Florida's east coast of the musical extravaganza revue "Hooray For Hollywood"!

Feedback
- Loved,Loved, Loved this duo! Alicia and her partner were fantastic! They crsitened our new theater so beautifully and we look forward to many future performances from Alicia, soloist or duet. -- Leenie H, West Palm Beach, FL, 12/13/2011
- We had 48 hours to find an opera singer for my father's 85th birthday. Alicia responded right away and was a total pleasure. She was professional, accomodating, and thoughtful about the event. My parents invited several of their friends who are opera "buffs". They were all moved and thrilled by Alicia's performance. They simply loved her and all plan to see her in other venues. Her performance was the perfect gift! I highly recomend her. She is a gem! -- Jodie S, Boynton Beach, FL, 9/24/2011
- Excellent performer, have already asked her to return for a future event.
-- Jeff S, Captiva, FL, 12/10/2010
- Alicia is a wonderful young lady and excellent performer. She spent quite a bit of time in advance of her performance to pick selections in line with our requests. She has a beautiful voice and we were quite moved by her opera selections. -- Karen W, Palm Beach Gardens, FL, 2/24/2007
