Using state-of-the-art equipment and software, combined with some of the most fun and enjoyable cover tunes on the planet, Ron Scott produces a one-man show that feels like a full band kicking into party mode. He is comfortable playing in the genres of Trop Rock, Reggae, Country, Classic Rock, Acoustic, & Oldies. Ron's setlist includes hits from some of the industry's biggest artists such as Jimmy Buffett, Zac Brown Band, Bruno Mars, the Beatles, Johnny Cash, Eric Clapton, Wild Cherry, Garth Brooks, the Eagles, Kenny Chesney, Green Day, Elvis Presley, Bob Marley, John Mayer, the Beach Boys, Brad Paisley, Pink Floyd, Tom Petty, Nine Inch Nails, and Van Halen. His extremely wide variety of material virtually assures that everyone in attendance will hear something they love! Ron Scott is a lifelong lead guitarist and vocalist with over 30 years' experience performing in venues ranging from clubs to concert stages, having opened for the likes of Foreigner, Joan Jett, Head East, Yanni, Dave Edmunds, the Ozark Mountain Daredevils, and Black Oak Arkansas. He has showcased the famed Whisky aGoGo in Los Angeles for producer Tom (Twisted Sister, Cheap Trick) Werman, performed at SXSW in Austin TX, written and recorded 7 albums' worth of original material ranging from New Age to Metal, and displayed his considerable musical talents at countless clubs around the Midwest and Canada. Ron also books himself as a Jimmy Buffet one-man tribute act, playing 2 sets' worth of Parrothead material that includes tunes such as Margaritaville, It's 5 O'Clock Somewhere, Son of a Sailor, and Cheeseburger in Paradise, while adding in some additional tropical material from the likes of the Beach Boys, Bob Marley, and Kenny Chesney.
