Sonny Ferguson, former member of the world famous Box Tops 74/77 (The Letter, Cry Like a Baby, and Soul Deep) was voted best one man band by other Central Florida Musicians. He is known for his excellent guitar skills, soulful voice, and use of the latest technology. Today, he enjoys great success as a solo artist performing for casinos, corporate events, weddings, concerts, clubs, poolside, and house parties. Sonny performs many themed corporate events and most recently the R&R Hall of Fame. Sonny also recently performed for Neil Young in Park City, Utah at The 2012 Sundance Film Festival. He is comfortable performing acoustic cocktail music, Tropical and Reggae, to rocking electric, covering artists such as Jimmy Buffett, Bob Marley, James Taylor, Kenny Chesney, Train, Bare Naked Ladies, Michael Buble, John Mayer, Tom Petty, Eagles, The Fray, Cee LO Green, Dire Straits, Elton John, Goo Goo Dolls, Beatles, Santana, ZZ Top, Bruce Hornsby and many more. In recent months Sonny has recorded with such artists as Jim Mayer of the Coral Reefer Band, Jimi Pappas, Bruce Hornsby, and Guy Walker (former BackStreet Boys Band).

• Sonny was an absolute pleasure to work with! He called a week before my corporate event to go over logistics and party details including his set list and he even asked me what I would prefer him to wear. He arrived early to set up and even had suggestions about how to make the best use of the event space. • Not knowing much about Sonny and his talents, I was a little apprehensive to hire him. However from the first time i spoke to him I was confident he was the right man for the job!
