Riley does solo guitar and vocal gigs as well as his One Man Band, duo and trio shows. His versatile mix of smooth jazz, classical, pop, rock, country and folk music allows him to fit seamlessly into any crowd or function.
"The One Man Band has become very popular in the past decade. I've been doing these solo gigs for 15 years, and was an early adopter of Midi and digital music. Right now, I record myself playing real guitars, bass and vocals onto tracks mixed in my commercial studio. I play guitar and sing live along with the tracks so I sound like an entire band, but with the smaller footprint of a solo guitarist/vocalist.
I am one of those fortunate individuals who absolutely love performing live gigs. I've done wedding proposals, engagements, weddings, funerals, corporate, private and public shows, cruises, hayrides, campfire cowboy shows,etc. No matter what the event, I do my best to make sure my performance is precisely what the client wants," he details. - We booked Riley for our wedding in South Louisiana. He played during our engagement so it was an easy choice to ask him to play for the wedding, as well. I was surprised to see how much the guests enjoy the song list. I don't think the dance floor was ever empty!
Riley was great to work with also. We communicated multiple times prior to the wedding and he was able to accomodate my special requests songs. He even learned the first dance so he could play/sing it for us!

- Riley played our wedding. He was very easy to work with in the weeks prior to the wedding. His communication was prompt and easy to understand. - Riley went above and beyond to ensure he was prepared for our event. He visited the venue to avoid surprises; he clarified the styles of music we requested; he confirmed that the attire he had mind for the evening was appropriate. The video he has posted on the internet gives you an idea as to the quality of his sound, but it does not do justice to his presence "in person".
