A fun and energetic singing piano player in Los Angeles California that offers both background Instrumental piano(Jazz standards, pop songs, movie themes, show tunes, and soft rock) to keep the conversation moving and/or a full one man band(drums, bass, piano, and vocal) for dancing and full crowd participation sing-a-long(if desired). I bring my equipment if there isn't a piano available. My portable piano/small sound system can fit in some of the tightest spots and will also save you money. I earned a B.A. in Film Scoring from Boston's Berklee College of Music and have written for some of the major studios here in L.A. . I am a proud owner of a music teaching studio offering the most progressive and creative Piano lessons in Pasadena California as well as voice lessons in Pasadena California. Additionally, Group classes in Voice, Piano, & Piano-Vocal are available in my studio. My teaching incorporates my own arrangements and note-for-note transcriptions of contemporary styles of music to keep students motivated and having lots of fun! Since I have many years experience as both a dueling singing piano man(know literally hundreds of popular songs) and playing in some of the most beautiful hotels and private residences in the country I can entertain any crowd.
