Third Wheel turns the classical world upside down by transforming the traditional roles of our instruments in new and exciting ways. We are a crossover ensemble that plays Bach with a modern twist, and re-imagines rock 'n' roll as Mozart would have written it. Our eclectic repertoire ranges from folk and jazz to the Rolling Stones. As an ensemble, our infectious enthusiasm creates an experience that is simply Feel. Good. Music.


With a repertoire spanning more than four centuries of music, Third Wheel expands the definition of chamber music with an unusual instrumentation and fresh, youthful perspective. Third Wheel frequently performs pre-concert music for the Pacific Symphony, and has performed as guest artists at Los Angeles City College, Los Angeles Valley College, Mt. San Antonio College and Biola University. Highlights of some non-traditional performance venues include Live at the Lounge at the Comedy & Magic Club, intimate Contrapuntal Hall and the Huntington Library.

With such a long track record of outstanding events and memorable performances, Third Wheel will add a touch of fun and sophistication to any setting.
