The Eversole Brothers: These guys have been brothers since they were born. Not long after that they began playing music together. Bill Monroe, Flatt and Scruggs, The Grateful Dead, Phish, John Coltrane, all mix in to a wonderful, refreshing, barn-rocking flavor. They're love of bluegrass and old-timey tradition make for an intimate experience of music, stories, dance, and laughter. You may hear Rolling Stones on the banjo or Bach on the fiddle. Whatever it may be, it is done with Passion, Love, Adventure, and Funkiness!
Certified Organic: Silky smooth gems for the ears. An infamous concoction know for leaving melted hearts in its path. Gypsy jazz with banjos, fiddles, pianos, and sopranos, the mood is set with an elegant vibe when these folks take the stage. Swingin', Jammin, folkin, and funkin, the CO setlist covers the musical landscape. The sultry sweet vocals of Sarah Strable mixing with the soulful string playing of Andy Eversole has for many moons been a creative and inspiring connection. An instant classic!
The Howboy Cats: A group of mountain music outlaws. This bunch of rebel-rousters just doesn't care what people think. They're only focus is to entertain the people in front of them to the utmost. When the high heels start flying and all the ladies are dancing to an old time mountain hit, you know the party is happening. Wether its a hoedown throwdown like Cotton Eyed Joe that gets it started, or a gospel tearjerker like Angel Band, spirits ignite when the Howboy Cats get in full swing. Incredible mandolin, funky banjo, smooth guitar, and the dawghouse bass holding it all down. Throw some heart soaked vocals into the mix and you have a guaranteed great time.
As you can see, we offer plenty to choose from. Each one unique, yet each one holding the standards of quality and professionalism that Rivers of Mars Music is known for. All bands can range from a duet to a full 4/5 piece band. It all really depends on you. What type of event are you wanting to have, and what are your personal tastes? "This group (THE BAD RACCOONS) is young, energetic, talented and fun! We could not have asked for a better fit for our first concert at Craven Community College. The group appealed to everyone in the audience and it was a very diverse group in both age and background.

I'd highly recommend them."

Corporate Function in Charlotte, NC on 05/23/2010
"Faye and Andrew were terrific. They came in, listened to my direction for all of 5 minutes, then did exactly what I needed, and raised it up a notch. They seemed to have a good time, and that translated into an audience that had an even better time. I would use their talents again any time it was appropriate. They were talented, professional, willing and very easy to work with. They are both nice people as well."
