Mike Sterling

Rarely seen or heard guitar playing in combination with singing that makes me stand out in the crowd. Have played professionally in bands for about 10 years and am now reinventing myself as a solo artist. Repetuar includes approximately 2 hours of repeat free play with new tunes being added all the time.

Being from a musical family, I learned to play guitar from age 12. I discovered I could sing as well and I did my first solo gig at a local tavern in Vermont at age 15. After a stint in the Army and then college, I played part time in a band along side my day job for several years until I got tired of the band scene. After a years-long sabbatical from performing I am now doing what I always wanted to do from the beginning anyway which is to perform full time. I enjoy playing my music as much as people enjoy hearing me.

Available for background dinner music, lounges, parties or stage performance. You may also request your favorite song and I will perform it for you.
