Description
Mariachi Los Gallitos is a Mexican Folkloric group composed of trumpet, violins, guitarron (acoustic bass), vihuela (guitar) and female lead singer. These classically trained performers have earned wide popularity and acclaim through their unique combination of technical and theatrical abilities.
Los Gallitos is based in Houston, Texas and has performed professionally for the past thirty two years throughout Texas, the United States and abroad.

I was very pleased with Mariachi Viajeros De America. Severo, the leader, is an excellent singer and musician. In addition he is a "class act." The band has very talented young performers and they played every song that was requested. Their fee was most reasonable and I supplemented it because they truly deserved it. I highly recommend this group and look forward to engaging them again.

- Mariachi Viajeros recently performed at my wedding. Severo and his team were a pleasure to work with throughout the entire process and they showed great musical talent and versatility. They were professional, showed up early to my event, and most importantly, they played a special non-traditional song for me and my new husband, Anthony. They were quite entertaining to our diverse group by playing traditional music as well as rock and roll to spice things up for the edgier crowd. - Mariachi Viajeros De America performed wonderfully at my daughter's rehearsal dinner with all the old favorite music that I remember from years past. The singing was just as exceptional. - The Mariachi Viaheros De America were the HIGHLIGHT of our Mexican Fiesta Birthday party. We could have searched the world over and not found a more perfect group of entertainers. - Mariachi Viajeros De America are AMAZING! I am so glad I hired them for our wedding. They were professional, accommodating, and just plain talented! The guitars, horns, and violins were all solid, and the vocals were excellent. I didn't get to sit down and enjoy their playing as much as I would have liked, but I was very impressed by the harmonies and the FOUR different soloists I heard. They looked great and had an excellent repertoire of songs. On top of all that, Severo and the band are great sports. An unexpected rain storm caused some major changes to our plans and the band handled all the last-minute changes with smiles. I'd definitely hire them again. -- Richard E, Seabrook, TX, 10/9/2011
