Description
IAN DOBSON'S PAN LEGGO means
IAN DOBSON'S STEEL DRUM PARTY!!!!
AS A STEEL DRUM, SALSA, AND WORLD MUSIC EXPERT IAN HAS BROUGHT THE CARIBBEAN TO EVENTS FOR OVER 10 YEARS
Ian attended Oberlin Conservatory of Music and began playing steel drum music in 1995. Ian Dobson's Pan Leggo offers fabulous party activities centered on dancing and singing, and a wide repertoire of world music styles. When he's not bringing his 'steel drum party' to various private events you may find him playing at the Bahama Breeze restaurant in Tukwila Washington or pursuing one of countless other musical pursuits. Come check him out! Please contact us for our web site address. There you will find a schedule of Ian's upcoming performances.
IAN OFFERS MORE THAN JUST MUSIC: HE OFFERS A COMPLETE TROPICAL PARTY EXPERIENCE
At your request he can even involve your guests and give them a terrific time with dance lessons and sing-alongs and percussion play-alongs and more.
HIS MUSIC HAS BROAD APPEAL
Are you afraid that it's going to be hard to choose a musical group all your guests will like? Look no further: Ian Dobson's Pan Leggo offers a proven solution. Steel drum music is universally adored. Better yet, with his wealth of musical background, extensive overseas experience and fluency in Spanish and Portuguese, Ian will forge musical bonds among guests of all cultures and ages so that everyone has a blast.
WE TAILOR OUR PERFORMANCE TO YOUR EVENT
Ian is versatile enough to play many musical roles and styles, from calypso to salsa and reggae; jazz and rock to classical. And, unlike most acts, Ian Dobson's Pan Leggo can easily expand it's size and instrumentation to fit your event: from a solo to a thrilling expanded group of seven or more musicians.

Feedback
- He was fantastic! There were over 500 people at our event and I have only heard wonderful things about the entertainment. -- Melissa F, Renton, WA, 9/8/2006
- I and all my guests thought Ian was fabulous! He is very talented and has a great personality. Everyone really enjoyed the music and he was very fun and helped to get everyone into the party spirit. I would highly recommend him for any event! -- Deb L, Bothell, WA, 9/2/2007
- I received so many compliments at our choice of performers at our wedding reception party with many asking Ian's name so they might book him for future events. I would highly recommend him. -- Anne B, Blaine, WA, 7/7/2007
- Ian Dobson is a consummate performer. He quickly gains the respect of his audience and holds that through out the performance. His technical skills with his instrument, the steel drum is first rate. By itself, Ian’s fluency with his percussion instruments are second to none. But he charts a new path which leaves his audience to a higher musical level. His combination of art and technology brings a third dimension to the small stage. His solo performances are accomplished by a virtual band that projects the presence of legion of musicians. Ian has a stand out act. His CDs and DVDs are very rofessional and a rewarding musical interlude.
We shall have him back. -- Dennis W, Bellevue, WA, 2/21/2007
