Chris and the guys were amazing! We were a bit nervous at first, because we had never heard them play in person. Chris was in contact with us constantly to reassure us that everything would work out..and it did! They arrived early and were already playing when we showed up. The music was perfect! We could not believe all the complements we received on our choice of bands. The room was an elegant ballroom and the music was a perfect fit. They were the perfect volume so people could talk and they kicked it up as the night got later so we could all dance. We would definitely recommend them for your wedding reception or any type of event. They were first class!

Giant Steps Jazz Band is the best. Of all the groups I contacted, these guys were the most professional and easiest to make arrangements with. Once I contacted them, they just took care of everything, AND they sound so good. If you have to spend a little more money, then it will definitely be well spent here.

Giant Steps Jazz band was amazing, and exactly what our Gala needed. This was an event meant to impress the community, and with their professionalism, amazing talent, and personality, these gentlemen absolutely impressed our guests. But the most memorable (and my personal favorite) part of the evening wasn't while they were playing awesome jazz numbers, but after all the guests had left. Myself and some personal guests asked to take a picture with the band, which they happily obliged to, and even let us pose with their instruments (very carefully I might add)! It ended the night on a very happy note, and I couldn't have asked for a more amazing band!

Giant Steps Jazz was exactly the caliber performer we needed for the Mosaic Tempe Groundbreaking Gala. They are true jazz musicians, bringing original music and unparalleled energy to their performance. All younger, hip guys, Giant Steps Jazz fit the mood of the party and our guests truly enjoyed their music. In addition to having a great performance put together, they handled special requests for popular jazz songs throughout the evening and also served as the event emcees. Giant Steps Jazz is truly talented and I would recommend them to any event planner looking to make an impact with the evening's music.

Giant Steps Jazz Band is a talented group of musicians who can both take over an event or blend in the background. They played at our gala fundraiser, a $300/plate event, and I received nothing but rave reviews in reference to their performance.
