Feedback

  • Amarante ensembles was a very talented group. They were easy to work with and very professional. They took care to go over important details several weeks prior to the wedding date so I didn't have to worry about going over last minute details the week of my wedding. They were very nice and I heard from so many guests who really enjoyed listening to them during cocktail hour. They also were very willing to find and learn any sheet music I selected that they did not already include in their repertoire. They were very helpful in the planning process for the ceremony music and made great selections for pieces to use during the ceremony. -- Katie O, Lemont, IL, 9/25/2011
  • Working with Melissa was fantastic. she really understood my tastes and was very professional and laid back at the same time! the music was soooo beautiful and being a musican myself im pretty critical! i would reccomend them in a second and already HAVE! i wish i had anouther event for them to play or another oppurtunity to hear the group preform! -- Stacey H, Palatine, IL, 6/3/2006
  • Great! Thank you all very much - your services added an awesome touch to our wedding ceremony. Surpy -- Surpy P, Schaumburg, IL, 8/5/2006
  • My wife and I were married on Saturday, March 25, 2006. Being a musician by trade, and having quite a few professional musicians and music educators in attendance at the ceremony, it was imperative to find just the right peforming group for our event. . .after all, it was going to be a tough audience! I spent a great deal of time researching woodwind ensembles in the Chicago area before stumbling on the Gigmasters link to the Amarante Ensemble. I was absolutely blown away by the sound samples I heard there, and quickly knew that I had found the perfect ensemble for our musical needs. I have nothing but the highest praise for the group's professionalism. The date of our event changed over the course of our wedding preparations. We changed locations. I was extremely specific about what pieces I wanted played during our service. . .and our ceremony was full of music. Yet throughout the entire often-stressful process of planning the wedding, Amarante Ensembles accomodated every one of our requests and the changes in both date and venue. Our contact people with the group made themselves available to answer any questions and address any needs we had and definitely made us feel like our event was a priority. Most importantly, we were pleased with the quality of the music itself. Amarante Ensembles is a collection of extremely talented performers. Their warmth of tone and sensitive musicianship provided the perfect complement to our event, helping to capture in sound all of the wonderful emotion of the day. -- Lawrence U, Lisle, IL, 3/25/2006
