Having successfully performed at 72 weddings in 2011 and over a 600 events throughout my career, I am no stranger to making people dance. Many reviews that I have here further affirm my level of professionalism, competence and passion for what I do. I have been working as a mobile disc jockey for over 5 years now and have had the opportunity to work at the best venues in the bay area. I have an immense amount of experience performing for crowds of all demographics and taste levels. I am more than comfortable playing music from the 50's, 60's, 70's, 80', 90', and today. Typically, I play a variety of music throughout all of my sets in what I call an “open-format” style of DJing. This means that I can be playing Biggie and Tupac one minute and switch to Rihanna and Nicki Minaj shortly there after. However, I frequently stick to playing one genre of music for an extended period of time if I believe that this approach will keep the dance floor happy. Every event and crowd is different and thus I always ask my clients to provide a short music taste list which outlines as to what kind of music they like and what artists and songs they do not like. This way I can make sure to play music that my clients enjoy, yet also have the creative freedom to pick and choose songs that I think would work best for the crowd. Aside from my ability and talent in making people dance, I am down to earth and take great care in what I do. I am punctual, easy to reach via email or phone and am always striving to do everything within my power to ensure that the events I perform at are the best that they can be. I am more than happy to do basic MCing in the sense of making critical announcements that will keep the event running on time without unwanted delays. However, I do not MC games, line dancing or while playing a dance set.
