Mariachi Alegre de Tucson Arizona (George Bejarano director) George Bejarano is a native Tucsonan who formed Mariachi Alegre in 2010. George Bejarano continues to promote and propel mariachi music education here in Tucson. He has taught Los Changuitos Feos for many years and has personally trained many mariachi teachers here in Tucson. George Bejarano continues being a dynamic force in the mariachi movement here in Southwestern United States. Mariachi Alegre is comprised of group members who played formerly with Mariachi Internacional America. Each member (4) has over 40 years experience playing mariachi music. In this group we have some of the best entertainers from Guadalajara and Sonora Mexico. Mariachi America toured extensively throughout United States giving lectures and performances in renown festivals such as: Milwaukee Summer Festival and the Ediburgh Scotland Festival (world renown). Mariachi Alegre is the core of Mariachi America (no longer performing) As Mariachi Alegre we bring our extensive musical experience to each performance we perform. We can dazzle you with our performance-engaging your guests or we can play in a more subdued manner if so instructed. We are very happy to play for your guests You will be extremely happy with our performance!!! We can augment the number of musicians if a bigger group of mariachi musicians are needed.
