Randy's show was very entertaining, and he did a great job engaging our scouts and keeping them interested in the program. He did a wonderful job having the kids participate in the magic tricks, and was able to have each child assist. His humor was good enough to keep the adults smiling, while keeping the kids in stitches. Randy Snedden was terrific!!!! The children as well as the adults were thrilled. His comical performance of audience interactive magic and illusion kept the watchful eyes amazed, and myself as well. We booked Randy to perform at our son's 5th birthday party. Not only was he extremely accomodating to our request of having his rabbit (Peanut Butter) as part of the act, but he designed a special act that centered around the rabbit. He was very professional (arrived 2 hrs prior to his performance), funny, related well to the kids and rolled with the punches when the kids didn't exactly cooperate with the act. He also did a great job of involving the kids and adults into the act. He also made my job much easier by providing the magic treats for the kids. Overall, I would highly recommend anyone looking for a magician to consider him.

Randy was wonderful with our group of preschoolers. They absolutely loved the whole show. He was able to capture their attention for an hour. He was very good about being patient with them and just making the show very fun for them. Randy and his assistant were clean, curteous and organized and very personable. It is not easy to relate to young children sometimes but he really made an effort. He made the children feel like he really wanted them to be happy and enjoy the show. The reason I rated a 4.5 was due to a small "smoking break".(in terms of professionalism)Smoking is a personal choice but do it where you are not visible to children.

Randy was very responsive before the event, even visiting the site of the event weeks before the actual date. His act was very good and I got great feedback from the audience. I would recommend Close-up Magic of Randy to anyone who needs a Magican. He kept the children and adults occupied, his comedy that that he also incorperated into the acts kept us laughing. Some of the tricks us adults saw had us mystified as to how he did that.The children and parents still talk about the show.Randy was also helpful in asking about what we wanted in our event and where the best place to set up his stage ahead of time, It made my job as the "Party Cordinator" for this event eaiser to handle.

Randy performed at our benefit for,PFC Moke Kahalehoe on 8/10/07 he was professional,accommadating to our crowd,took the initiative to greet our guests when arriving with magic at the door,really set the mood upon entering. Randy strolled along performing his magic & making our guests wonder how he did that. My 9 y.o. Alysa bought his magic kit & her cousin Kristin taught her how to do the tricks, she has'nt stopped.Randy touched my heart when my card changed from an ace to a card that said "PFC Moke Kahalehoe, United States Marine Corps" with the marine logo on it, he gave me that card to keep. A pleasure to do buisness with. I had hired randy to perform at my sons 4th birthday party with 16 children attending. Everyone was very happy and entertained. I was worried that the 3-4 year olds wouldn't sit and watch and they all did. The party was a great hit.

Randy Snedden of Close-Up Magic of Randy performed a one hour magic show for my daughter's first communion and 8th birthday at our home on Saturday may 5th. The show was spectacular and he kept the audience involve during the whole hour, and this was very important to my duaghter Kendra and her friends. The magic show made kendra's day a memorable one which she will remember for a long time.
They had such a great time, that the children did not want to go home. Randy and his son Richard were very professional,funny, and excellent. My 8th year old daughter who was a big part of the show is still trying to figure out the tricks.
I will give out Randy's number to my friends and families who need to add a magical moments to their parties.

Personable entertainer. Able to engage a large age range of people (ages 3 to 70 at my event). Very professional with sound effects / amplifiers, screens... Performed a family oriented show. Magic was impressive even to some in the audience who had some experience.

Randy was very professional and the students loved his program. He performed before 1st through 8th graders. The entertainment was age appropriate at all levels.
