Matthew Thomas Magic Magician from Alexandria, VA

Matt Thomas is a magician, illusionist, and entertainer in the Washington, D.C area specializing in close-up magic, stage shows, and street performances. Matt has been performing magic for over 21 years. His first love for magic came at the age of 8 when he received a small magic kit for his birthday and performed for neighborhood kids. Since then his interest in magic has grown. In high school, Matt began performing full-time and at age 18 recreated Houdini's famous "Metamorphosis" illusion. In 2003 Matt was accepted into the International Brotherhood of Magicians. While attending college, Matt honed his sleight of hand skills and performed weekly at local restaurants. He was a member of the College Performing Magicians and was seen regularly at the prestigious President's Tailgate Party before each home football game. He has performed throughout the US, Germany, and the United Kingdom. Now Matt performs all types of magic ranging from stunning close-up to amazing stage shows to energy-filled street shows.
