She is a master balloon twister, juggler, magician, and all round cute clown. Her gentle character is endearing even to people who usually fear clowns.

• Penelope was terrific! She arrived on time for my daughters 5th birthday party and immediately started painting the kids faces. She does a fantastic job and all the children got exactly want they wanted, from princesses to Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles. After that, she entertained the kids with some magic, jokes and juggling.
