Description

The beautiful, powerful and majestic sounds of Irish music are what the Bracken Band are all about.

Using a Celtic guitar and a fiddle with a backdrop of a percussionist, the band is influenced by artists like the Pogues, The Bothy Band, Van Morrison, Horslips, The Waterboys, U2, the Chieftans and Alison Krauss.

They'll have the party jumping in no time with their jigs and reels, Bluegrass tunes, romantic songs, and drinking songs.

Feedback

  • The Bracken Band is an amazingly talented group of professional musicians that just left us dazzled! We were over the top happy with their performance, professionalism and talent. I feel like I hit the million dollar lottery by hiring them for my son's wedding rehearsal dinner. Wow and Fantastic are the words to describe The Bracken Band. Thanks for hooking me up with this group! -- Marilyn K, Camarillo, CA, 5/5/2011
  • This group was excellent and would recommend to everyone and anyone. We have hired entertainment for our annual St. Patrick's Day event throughout our 35 years and they were by far the best! We will definately booking them next year. Cyndy Cielasek -- Cyndy C, Anaheim, CA, 3/17/2010
