This highly professional and talented group prides itself on providing a high-class experience, making it ideal for weddings, summer festivals and concerts, corporate events, gala fundraisers, and other private parties. This Chicago-based group breathes new life into danceable sets containing a mix of classic soul, Motown, R&B, Chicago-style blues, horn-driven rock, and 70s funk. Need to keep things toned down before the party really gets serious? The group also easily mixes in some classic big band a la Frank Sinatra, Ella Fitzgerald, Count Basie, and Glenn Miller.
The group is happy to cater to your specific needs, and is adaptable from 6 to 12 musicians depending on budget and scale of the event. The full 12-piece ensemble is fronted by energetic female and male lead vocalists, features a 6-man horn section, and is backed by one of the tightest rhythm sections in town.

The Chi-Town Showstoppers were great to work with. They fit the bill exactly. My only disappointment is that their female lead singer was unable to make the gig because of a personal problem. The band was still great but their lead singer was one of the things that really stood out when we were looking at various bands. Nonetheless we were completely satisfied with their performance.
