Mona y Eduardo is a duo that performs latin acoustic music from mariachi and jazz to Brazilian music and rock en español. Our instrumentation consists of acoustic guitar (Eduardo), trumpet (Mona) and vocals (both). Upon request and at an additional charge we add bass and/or percussion.

We offer surprise serenades at a special rate. Serenades can happen at any time and usually consist of five to six songs. In traditional Mexican culture a morning serenade (Las Mañanitas) is brought to the person having a birthday. They are usually sung very early in the morning, before the sunrise. Also part of the culture is to offer an evening serenade to a loved one or someone whose heart you want to win over or mend. The serenade can be anonymous or include a rose for an added special touch. But a balcony is not required... a serenade can happen anywhere (at an office, restaurant, beach, etc.) and on any occasion such as an engagement proposal, a welcoming at the airport or anything else, your imagination is the limit.

Our song list is organized by genre and is ever-increasing. If there is a song that is not on this list and you would like for us to perform it at your function, please let us know with a 72-hour notice before the performance date and we will do our best to accommodate your request.
