The sound of the group is sophisticated musical journey with a mix of the finest music of Latin America, the Great American Songbook and a few original compositions thrown in the mix. Creating a custom package and performance to fit your budget, Irene and Her Latin Jazz Band is an internationally acclaimed group that will be right for your needs.

They can provide you with mellow cocktail music or kick it up for some dancing.

The band can be scaled in size to fit your needs. They can perform as a DUO, TRIO, QUARTET, QUINTET or SEXTET. It’s your choice. When you request a bid, please say how large of a band you would like. That makes it easier to come up with a reasonable price.

They provide their own sound system that is designed to allow those close to the band to carry on a conversation and yet allow those farther away to hear clearly. The sound system is unobtrusive and takes up very little room. They provide an extra microphone that you may use to make announcements, toasts, etc.

The musicians in the band have performed at hundreds of private parties, weddings and corporate functions for Fortune 500 companies and have performed at some of the world’s leading hotels like the Ritz-Carlton, Intercontinental, and Montage Beverly Hills. Irene travels from the South Pacific to the Carribean to perform at top resorts several times a year. The music from their CD “Summer Samba” is played on radio stations from Europe to the South Pacific Islands. Irene sings in English, French, Spanish and Portuguese. The musicians in the band are from Brazil, Argentina, the U.S. and are some of the most in demand session players in Los Angeles.
