They say that music is a universal language. Well, the universe was definitely talking when this group was formed! What happens when a European couple dedicated to the mysterious art of Gypsy Flamenco music meets up with a Canadian rock guitar/violinist? Pure Music Magic!
Can you imagine a Moorish Folk Song with a Cajun fiddle? Or rocking gypsy violin with the passionate fire of Rumba Flamenco? Or the haunting melodies of Spanish Romantic music delivered beautifully with voice, spanish guitar and 5 string violin? This beautiful music creates a moment of emotion in the listener - people feel great warmth and joy without even understanding the words. This music comes from the soul and goes directly to the heart.
Los Ambienteros (Latcho, Andrea and Geo) perform in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico during the winter months and in the Pacific Northwest including Vancouver Island** during the summer.
