Renteria Entertainment is a Southern California-based music entertainment company featuring tenor Rafael Renteria and specializing in music for public concerts, private and corporate events. Rafael is well known in the region's entertainment circles for his melodious tenor voice and engaging stage presence.He is a first rate, all-around entertainer. He engages and delights his audience, whether performing alone or with one of his groups, offering a wide range of music and performing styles. ?Born in Tampico, Mexico and now a resident of the North Coastal area of San Diego, Rafael studied music with soprano Diana Jimenez and baritone Javier Romero, starting his professional career in music in 2009. He started singing Mariachi music in the Los Angeles area, and in less than five months he was performing at the L.A. Convention Center for an audience of over 10,000. Since then, he sings in close to 200 concerts per year in Mexico and the US. His concerts feature a wide range of repertory and music style choices. From romantic and joyful, to classical; from Spanish, English and Italian songs to operatic arias and mariachi music, Rafael's stage presence and personality engage and delight his audiences. He takes them into present and nostalgic musical journeys to foreign lands and time travel, and bring them back for more. In addition to his musical performances, Rafael also appears frequently as an actor in Hollywood movie productions. ? Educated at the prestigious Autonomous University of Nuevo Leon in Monterrey, Mexico, Rafael is now applying his education to the music and entertainment business, as he follows his passion: Singing. ?
