TICKET TO BRASIL performs a variety of Latin styles such as elegant Bossa Nova, groovy Latin Jazz, and hot Afro-Brazilian Samba mixed with American Funk, R&B and Smooth Jazz. This Twin Cities based group can accommodate any kind of social gathering, wedding reception, community event, and private or corporate party.

TICKET TO BRASIL can perform from an instrumental quartet to a larger 5-8 piece ensemble featuring one or two female vocalists and dancers.

TICKET TO BRASIL is the Twin Cities' premiere Bossa Nova and Afro-Latin ensemble founded in 1998 by contemporary jazz guitarist and composer Pavel Jany. This international and unique ensemble has performed at a number of local as well as international events including The Winnipeg Jazz Festival, Hot Summer Jazz Festival, MN Orchestra Sommerfest, Twin Cities Jazz Festival, Sioux Falls Jazz Festival, Grand Marais Jazz Festival, Ordway World Stage Festival, Bloomington Latin Music Festival, MN Winter Jazz Festival, MN State Fair, and many more. The group has opened for such renowned artists as Karrin Allyson and Brazilian singer Cibelle. The music from their four albums continues to be featured on local radio stations Jazz KBEM FM, KFAI Radio, and on a number of national and international radio stations. Some of their live performances have been broadcast on numerous TV channels including local KARE 11.
