Alla is a virtuoso pianist and a musical comedienne who aims to please every client with her brilliant technique, enormous repertoire, elegance, class and charm. There are over 30 videos of her on YouTube under her name (Alla Axelrod) or domain lovemypiano111 displaying her various performing styles. She holds MA in piano, composition and music theory and has been entertaining on stages for the past 30 years. She can play for hours without ever repeating herself. Her repertoire covers all kinds of piano genres from classical, jazz, ragtime, standards, Broadway and oldies to an international favorites, blues, pop, rock and movie tunes -- virtually anything one's heart desires. If the client wants a specific tune for the event, she will learn it. Her effortless improvisational style can be unobtrusive for a background at cocktail parties or corporate events or filled with brilliant flair and showmanship when she performs solo. She directed over 50 musicals in Tri-State area and on Broadway, given numerous solo recitals, been featured in many newspapers and magazines such as "National Geographic", performed in many restaurants, hotels and clubs like the famous "Don't tell mama". Every summer the crowds of devoted fans gather from all over the state and beyond for her notorious "open mike" at the historical "Nagles" in Ocean Grove. If piano is not available, she brings a keyboard-synthesizer and an amplifier. Alla is also an experienced and knowledgeable church organist -- your best choice for the church wedding ceremonies.
