Hi there, I have been told many times that I have lived much like the original Johnny Cash . I don't look like him but my life has paralleled his in many ways.I know many of his songs, love his style, and everyone says I sound just like him even when I'm talking. .Like I said, my life has paralleled his in many ways. I have performed in a prison. I traveled to Monroe Prison in Washington State and performed for the prisoners there about 10 years ago. My mother was also very religious and I rebelled at the young age of 14. I was a lot like James Dean back in my early days running cars as fast as they would go many times and living on the edge. I know this Bio is a little long but worth the read if you are interested and spending money for a good band. just read on.. I like to perform songs recorded by many different artists. Here are a few: Doors, Stones, Eagles, Jimmy Hendrix, Johnny Horton, Elvis, Presley, Johnny Cash, Hank Williams Sr, Waylon Jennings, Willie Nelson, Merle Haggard, Ray Charles, Tennessee Ernie Ford, Hank Snow, Sons Of The Pioneers, Chuck Berry , Little Richard, Fats Domino, Beatles, Eagles and many more. I write and perform many of my own original songs which are now being marketed digitally in 72 countries. and on CD When I left High School I would have felt blessed to be in a band of any kind. Now look.. I am very thankful. From June through September each year. I Perform with a friend of mine, Mr.Ted Matzen, who travels annually, to Maui, Hawaii where he performs most days and nights, He is a valued member of performing bands in each of the following locations: San Diego, Ca., Baja, Mexico, Aspen Colorado,Phoenix and here with me June through Sept. here in Rowena, Oregon. Ted and I have been playing music together for 17 years now. If you want to dance we can rock you with Dire Straits 'Black Magic Woman', or Rolling stones or make you cuddle closer to your partner with Love songs. We are there for your listening and dancing pleasure and can promise you a night you will not forget. You can book us as a full band(4 piece), a 3 piece, a duo, or a single act. (price is negotiable) depending on locale and size of band, party, etc We want to thank all of our friends and fans for the support they have given, and also God for the wonderful music talent he has provided for us to enjoy.
