BIO: Barbara's show biz career started at the age of 11 in Boston where she began her studies in ballet, jazz, toe dancing and piano. Eventually she became a music major at the University of Florida where she studied voice. Next, in New York, she landed a comedy lead in summer stock, later working in a whole string of Broadway musicals with such stars as Van Johnson, Chita Rivera, Gretchen Wyler, Molly Picon and many more. The Concord, Raleigh, Kutchers and the Granite are some of the favorite resort areas where Barbara appeared in the Catskill Mountains. On the nightclub front she appeared at Caesars' Palace and the Desert Inn in Las Vegas, Nevada, as well as the Fountainbleau Hotel in Miami Beach, and the Copa and Latin Quarter in Tokyo. She also toured in Australia, Indonesia, South America and Canada. Barbara is an exciting singer and complete performer who has now re-invented herself as a comedienne and tribute artist for “Joan Rivers” doing corporate events all over the country.
