I play all styles from classical to modern jazz to swing to dixieland. I also sing and play flute. I worked at San Jose's top jazz spot, The Garden City for 25 years. I know thousands of tunes. I have been musical director and played piano and keyboard in many shows including: Jack Jones, Always Patsy Cline, Gershwin, Gershwin, Always Sondheim, The Cole Porter Review, and many many more. For three years, I have hosted the acclaimed, Jazz Summer Series at Peachwoods, featuring top jazz singers from all over California and Hawaii performing with my jazz trio.

Currently, I am pianist with Wally's Swing World and Mike Bastian's, Pentimento Jazz Band. I also have a seven-piece contemporary jazz band, Martan Mann & Mannkind.
