Supermurgatroid Jazz Ensemble from Merrimack, NH

Supermurgatroid is a student formed Jazz Ensemble formed a little over a year ago. We are all High School students ranging from Sophmores to Seniors with a majority of us being Juniors. Our instrumentation consists of three Saxophones, an Alto, a tenor, and a Baritone, two Trumpets, one Trombone, a percusionist, a pianist, and a guitarist. We are nine of the best musicians in our school. Our band is able to adapt to many different situations and can play a wide variety of music ranging from Jazz to Rock to Pop. Our first real gig was a Battle of the Bands held at Nashua Community College. We were voted the best band there out of 10-12 very gifted bands. Since then we have done a couple voulenteer gigs for friends and our community. We are currently looking for more high level gigs.
