The Steve Scott project is made up of two very talented musicians. Steve Scott, and master percussionist/drummers, Mr. Leroy Greer. Leroy Greer is a seasoned musician with more than ten years as a working professional musician. The percussions, which includes Congs (three), bongos, shakers, along with all the other Brazilian/Latin percussions, are the key ingrident in making the Steve Scott Project a "Live" group. Leroy (percussionist) brings an aray of skills second to none in the DC, VA, MD, Metropolitan Area. Steve Scott is a veteran musician with more than fifteen years as a professional musician working in Jamaica, Barbados, Trinidad and the USA as a Bass player, Guitarist, Keyboardist and front man for many top groups. The Steve Scott Project brings passion to their music with a mix of Jazz, Reggae, Calypso, Latin Jazz, Brazilian music, Top 40 music and R&B music Styles, together in a wonderful flavor of music that keeps everyone wanting more. Our musical flavor has given us great reviews where ever we perform, and we bring great fun and excitement to where ever we perform. We hope to be at your next event!. • Everyone was pleasantly surprised when they attended the ceremony to be greeted by soothing carribbean music. I received compliments on them well through the following days after my wedding. Even when I had a request to play a non-traditional song to walk down the aisle-Steve had it down pack. He played until myself and my husband and guests left. Even my husbands grandparents enjoyed it so much they danced as we were taking our wedding photos! I thank Steve from the bottom of my heart on behalf of myself and my husband for making our day so much more special. • We hired Steve Scott to perform at a Wedding Rehearsal Dinner and he was outstanding in every possible way. He is an amazingly talented performer and virtually everyone attending the event commented on how perfect the music was. You could listen, dance and just enjoy while still carrying on a conversation and pleasantly drinking and eating. He took few breaks and seemed tireless in playing for nearly 4 straight hours. • Wonderful! Wonderful! Wonderful! Steve Scott did a wonderful performance for my husbands 40th surprise birthday party. The theme I chose was "Lido Deck" since we love to cruise and he accomodated that request and boy did he deliver. All of our guests had a fabulous time (they are still talking about it) and left feeling like they had taken a "cruise to nowhere". If you want a memorable event I would highly recommend Steve Scott.
