NewGigmastersMember! I was with the Woody Herman Orchestra for several years during which time I recorded 3 albums, 2 of which were nominated for grammy awards. During those years I performed with many well-known artists including: Tony Bennett, Nancy Wilson, Roberta Flack, Joe Williams, Cab Calloway, Billy Eckstine, Stan Getz, Poncho Sanchez, Maynard Ferguson, Clark Terry, Joe Pass, and numerous others. Many of these performances were at prestigious venues including the Kennedy Center, Hollywood Bowl (Playboy Jazz Festival), Great American Music Hall in San Francisco, Willows Theater in Concord, and many university auditoriums & concert halls. Since settling in California to freelance , I have performed with Alphonze Mouzon, The Temptations, Little Anthony & the Imperials, Tim Hagans, Lee Konitz, Phil Woods, Woody Harrelson, and many others. I currently perform & record with several bands: Ron Stout Quintet, Carl Saunders Big Band & Sextet, Ralph Penland Polygon & Cecilia Coleman Quintet(both groups were Hennessey Jazz Search finalists), Joey Sellers Jazz Aggregation (11pcBand), Steve Huffsteter Big Band, John Harrington Quintet, Mark Masters Jazz Orchestra, Rich Pullin sextet & the Saddleback Jazz Faculty Band, just to name several. I have been recorded as a sideman on more than 30 albums/cds, co-produced 3 recordings, produced 1, and have recorded 9 of my original compositions. ***** I know and perform with hundreds of the best musicians anywhere & a good number of these world-class musicians live right here in Southern California. I can assemble virtually any size band, with any instrumentation & assure a customized ensemble and a high quality performance every time!

We had many circumstances that we presented Gerald Pinter with the night of our party. For example the rain!
