Marcus Benoit Trio Marcus Benoit plays saxophone and sings jazz and instrumental pop music engagements for different social event such as corporate parties, wedding receptions, cocktail hours, night clubs and restaurants. The music that the Marcus Benoit Trio plays consist of a range of jazz standards, Latin jazz, light jazz/funk tunes, blues and some crossover pop/smooth jazz songs. If the occasion calls for it, drums can be added as well. Marcus Benoit has been performing professionally for 40 years. He has composed music and played saxophone for all four of Cole Broderick's "Seasons of Saratoga" Cds, served in a USAF Field Band for 5 years and taught music in the public school system for 25 years.This smooth jazz sound is great if you want to add a touch of elegance and ambience to your event at a reasonable cost. Great for a coctktail hour before a dance DJ at wedding receptions or wine parties!
