• Anthony Caceres - Vocalist/Bassist

Led by Vocalist/Bassist Anthony Caceres, his group specializes in vocal jazz standards and instrumentals, smooth jazz and Latin standards. The Group is comprised of piano or guitar, bass, drums and tenor saxophone. Additional members may be added to the group such as additional horns or female vocalist to meet your needs of your occasion. The Anthony Caceres Jazz Group consists of Houston's most finest musicians who have years of backing and touring some of most notable names such as The Glenn Miller Orchestra, Conrad Herwig, The Four Aces, Michael Brecker and Carl Fontana to name just a few.

Anthony Caceres musical family background runs deep in tradition. His Grandfather Emilio Caceres led his own swing band with the Benny Goodman Orchestra and his Great-Uncle Ernie Caceres was a sideman with Benny Goodman,Glenn Miller Orchestra and Frank Sinatra. Anthony is also a jazz studies graduate of the prestigious University of North Texas Jazz program. He has also toured the United States and Japan with the Glenn Miller Orchestra and has performed at the Kansas City Jazz Museum and the off Broadway Production of Miss Saigon.

• I was very nervous b/c this is the only 50th anniversary party I have every planned and it was all riding on me to put it on for my parents (who are particular and conservative and high maintenance). Anyway- I was worried I would let them down. Anthony was super- the music was wonderful/ they did everything I asked and we even had a few special requests that they prepared for in advance.
