DESCRIPTION:
In John Morello's Vegas style tribute show, he not only sounds like the super stars - Dean Martin, Roy Orbison, Johnny Cash, Elvis - he is an amazing celebrity look-a-like. John Morello's portrayal of Dean Martin delivers a charismatic performance matching Dean's mesmerizing voice and charmingly seductive character bringing his audience singing, laughing and dancing to the songs Dean made famous. As Dean Martin, the audience will be taken back in time with songs such as "Everybody Loves Somebody, You're Nobody Till Somebody Loves You, Volare and That's Amore". John Morello as Roy Orbison has the audience remembering that shy Vernon Texan with the phenomenal voice and distinctive usage of falsetto. Dark sunglasses, guitar in hand, John captures his audience as he portrays Roy not only in looks but with a voice that will have you believing Roy is once more on stage. John Morello as Johnny Cash has brought people to their feet as he brings back to life this legendary country performer. John has trained his voice so that it bears an uncanny resemblance to that of this great performer and when he steps onto the stage and starts his performance, the audience is completely taken in. John Morello as Elvis Presley in that famous black leather outfit from his '68 comeback special and velvet tone voice has his audience always asking for an encore. When John performs songs from "If I Can Dream, My Way, Fame and Fortune to Are You Lonesome Tonight", he quickly charms his audience and has them up dancing. "The show was excellent!!! John Morello was spectacular. Him and his lovely wife made a great team and everyone enjoyed the little jokes and dialogue they made.
He was so authentic I am still trying to convince people he was actually singing and not lip sinking, which is a great compliment to John's voice!
